Pricing & Planning Fees
We believe in complete transparency. Our role is to act as your expert planners on the ground in Castile and León, organizing every detail of your journey.
Our Planning & Reservation Fee
We charge a flat fee of $1,500.00 per trip per person. This fee covers our expertise and time in coordinating your itinerary, including:
Designing your personalized itinerary.
Securing all reservations for boutique wineries, hotels, and gourmet dining experiences.
On-the-ground support to ensure a seamless experience.
Direct Costs (Transparency Policy)
To ensure you receive maximum value, we do not mark up the costs of hotels, wineries, or meals. You will pay the providers directly for their goods and services. This approach offers you full transparency and flexibility in your budget.
Wineries & Experiences: Usually paid directly to the venue at the time of booking or upon arrival.
Accommodations & Dining: Paid directly to the hotel or restaurant during your stay.
Payment Schedule
Initiation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per person is required to begin researching and designing your itinerary.
Final Fee Payment: The remaining balance of the flat fee ($1,500.00 per person) is due 30 (thirty) days prior to the beginning of the itinerary start date.
Cancellation Policy
Because we curate personalized experiences with small, local providers, cancellations require notice to avoid penalties from those venues.
30 (thirty) days notice: Full refund of the planning fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit of $200.00).
Less than 30 (thirty) days: The $1,500.00 planning fee is non-refundable.
