Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome in Salamanca

Day 2 – Sierra de Francia

Morning

Breakfast at the hotel.***

Departure to Sierra de Francia, an accompanied hour's drive south.**

Stop at Vinos La Zorra with guided winery tour, featuring native Rufete grape varietals. Expert-led bilingual tasting session (English/Spanish).***

Afternoon

Full-course Castilian lunch at Mirasierra (Michelin Guide) restaurant with wine pairings.***

Stop at second winery with guided tour.***

Leisure stroll in a picturesque village (La Alberca) or mirador (Peña de Francia) stop with photo ops.

Evening

Return to Salamanca.**

Free evening with optional recommendations for wine bars or tapa spots.

Day 3 – Sierra de Francia

Morning

Breakfast at hotel.***

Accompanied visit to Bodegas Rochal. Includes focus on organic winemaking in mountainous terrain and tasting session with cheese and charcuterie.***

Lunch at La Botica in San Esteban de la Sierra restaurant with wine pairings.***

Accompanied visit to La Bodega Medieval.***

Day 4 – Los Arribes del Duero

Accompanied winery visit at Bodega Almaroja/possibly more, including village tour of ancient bodegas and bilingual tasting session.***

Afternoon

Lunch at a village restaurant with regional specialties and wine pairings.***

Accompanied visit to second winery with accompanied tour.***

Accompanied visit to mirador and/or cheese maker La Setera.

Evening

Return to Salamanca.**

Evening at leisure. Optional cultural outing or stroll through Plaza Mayor.

Day 5 – Toro DO Region

Acompanied departure to Divina Proporción winery in Toro.**

Afternoon

Acompanied winery tour and lunch at Divina Proporción in Toro.***

Cultural stop in Toro: Romanesque churches and/or wine museum.**

Accompanied visit of Bodegas Frontaura in Toro.***

Evening

Return to Salamanca.**

Free evening with optional cultural experience or local market visit.

Day 6 – Toro DO Region

Accompanied visit to Liberalia Enológica, family-run winery.***
